Arranging and Composing

Initially I felt torn between two different styles of music that I wanted my music to focus on - Broadway and Christian. I have always loved Broadway music, and am much more familiar with it. The music is filled with big ballads and packed with emotions. However, as I dove deeper into both of these genres, I was surprised at the intense love and beauty that Christian music offered. Lyrics focus on our dependency on our Father in Heaven and Savior as we struggle with the challenges of our lives. Messages of hope and peace. What better way to use my talent to spread light than by singing songs about Christ?

As far as the composing, CJ Madsen and Caleb Saunders have been absolute blessings, along with their highly supportive wives. This journey would be impossible on my own. I quickly realized how dependent I am on an amazingly skilled team, especially these incredible composers/pianists. Their talents and abilities can’t be put into words, and I am so excited to share it with you because I think it is powerful!!
